The E6 motorway on the Norwegian side of the border to Sweden has been closed after a traffic accident between two trucks, Norwegian media report.
The accident occurred at 16.31 on the part of the motorway leading to the national border, and traffic has been completely stopped in that direction. However, traffic is flowing as usual in the other direction.
The Norwegian equivalent of the Transport Administration writes on its website that the lane is expected to reopen at 23.00.
The driver of one of the trucks has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, but was conscious, the Norwegian police tell VG.
