Frida Karlsson's triumphant run at the Olympics worries the Norwegian national team. "I'm scared," says Norway's national team coach Sjur Ole Svarstad.

Frida Karlsson crushed the opposition in the 10-kilometre race and was 46.6 seconds ahead of silver medalist Ebba Andersson.

Norway coach Sjur Ole Svarstad is impressed - and scared - by Karlsson's progress.

"You just have to take your hat off and congratulate her. For those of us who enjoy cross-country skiing, it's fantastic to see," he says.

Norway's Kristin Austgulen Fosnaes, who finished ninth, joins the chorus of praise.

"What can I say? Words are not enough. She is just absolutely awesome. I am very impressed," she says.

We just have to let ourselves be inspired.
