The airline Norwegian is acquiring the hotel and travel group Nordic Leisure Travel Group (NLTG), which includes Ving and Spies.

The purchase price is 7.94 billion Swedish kronor, the company said in a press release.

"By adding NLTG's leading position in holiday travel to the Norwegian Group's extensive route network, we create a better and more flexible customer offering," Norwegian said in a press release.

Norwegian also said that it is considering a second listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The company is already listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
