The airline Norwegian reports a profit before tax of 2.9 billion kronor for the year's third quarter. During the corresponding quarter last year, the profit was 2.0 billion.
Operating revenues rose to 12.2 billion, from 11.6 billion.
The result is a historic profit record for Norwegian in a quarter, according to the report. It was also better than the average forecast among analysts, according to Bloomberg.
