The Storting's unity comes after a meeting between Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg, both from the Labour Party, and the parliamentary group leaders.
"The rapid development makes it necessary for the government to have a close dialogue with the Storting about the need for potential further increases during the spring. After the American signals in recent weeks, it is more important than ever that Norway and the rest of Europe stand together with Ukraine", says the opposition leader, Høyre's Erna Solberg, in a press release.
