Norway Chooses Sentimental Value as Oscar Entry for Best International Film

Joachim Trier's film "Sentimental value" becomes Norway's Oscars candidate for the prize for best international film, according to NRK. According to Trier, the nomination will be great help for the international launch of the film where Stellan Skarsgård plays the role of the father Gustav. The film is about the sisters Nora and Agnes who are reunited with their father, once a successful director.

When the daughter Nora declines to play the lead role in her father's upcoming film, he instead engages a Hollywood star.
