The crisis-stricken battery manufacturer Northvolt, with large facilities in Skellefteå and Västerås, has finally submitted a repeatedly postponed compilation of the financial situation to a bankruptcy court in Texas, reports Affärsvärlden.
The compilation describes assets, debts, contracts, and transactions up to the weeks before Northvolt applied for bankruptcy protection on November 21 in the American court, according to Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Act. It is signed by Northvolt's CFO Pia Aaltonen-Forsell, according to the newspaper.
The information should have been reported to the court already at the beginning of December last year, but Northvolt has been granted an extended deadline by the court twice.
The contents of the compilation are not known.
