Northvolt has requested more time for its reconstruction in Texas, reports the newspaper Business World.
According to documents submitted to the court, where Northvolt is in a so-called Chapter 11 process, the company wants to have an additional three months, until June 19.
The company's press chief Erik Zsiga states that the goal is still to complete the process during the first quarter of the year. But that Northvolt also needs to "act to have flexibility if it would be needed".
