The North Korean military has fired ballistic missiles into the Sea of Japan, South Korea and Japan said. It is the fourth time in April alone.
According to the South Korean military, the missiles were fired on Sunday morning local time. In a statement, South Korea said it was in close contact with its allies, Japan and the United States, about the incident.
Japan's Defense Ministry also said North Korea had fired a suspected ballistic missile.
