North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un is open to "coming to an agreement" with the United States as long as the United States is willing to accept North Korea as a nuclear power and end its alleged "hostile attitude," state media reports.
At the same time, Kim described South Korea as North Korea's continued "greatest enemy" and warned that North Korea can destroy its neighbour if its security is threatened.
The announcement comes in conjunction with the conclusion of the ruling Workers' Party congress.
