In a press release, the central bank writes that the interest rate will be lowered in the coming year, but notes that the outlook for the Norwegian economy remains uncertain.
“The job of fighting inflation is not completely finished, and we are in no hurry to lower the key interest rate,” said Central Bank Governor Ida Wolden Bache in a statement.
