Finnish Nokia will be delisted from the Paris Stock Exchange, the company announced in a press release.

Nokia was listed on Euronext Paris in 2015 in connection with the acquisition of French telecom company Alcatel-Lucent. The delisting is due to low trading volumes and administrative costs. The delisting is expected to be completed on December 31, 2025.

Nokia will continue to be listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange and have depositary receipts in New York.
