Shares in Nobia - with brands such as Marbodal and HTH - rose almost 3 percent after the announcement.
Jimmy Renström, Chairman of the Board, writes in a press release that Kristoffer Ljungfelt has led Nobia "through a challenging period" where the British operations were divested and a new share issue was also carried out.
"Jesper will be central to the continued work of strengthening Nobia's Nordic operations and realizing the company's priorities going forward," says Renström about the new CEO.
Jesper Gylling Olsen has worked at Nobia since 2019.
