Canada's Team Brad Jacobs lost to Team Dunstone 3–7 in the semifinals of the Canadian Championships.

After Marc Kennedy touched his stones after they had been released, Sweden's Oskar Eriksson protested - and Kennedy replied, "fuck off".
Now there will be no reunion between the Canadians and Team Edin.
The Men's Curling World Championship will be held in the USA from March 27 to April 5 - where Team Edin will represent Sweden.
The Women's World Cup will be held from March 14 to March 22 - where Team Wranå will represent Sweden.
