For the third time in a row, Americans are gathering on Saturday to protest the sitting president under the slogan "No kings."
The most recent occasion was in October last year, when around seven million people took to the streets in various parts of the United States.
According to the organization coordinating the demonstrations, more than 3,000 individual gatherings are planned. The main event will be held in the state of Minnesota, where left-wing Democrat Bernie Sanders will speak and Bruce Springsteen will perform, among others.
In Sweden, the Democrats' foreign branch is planning support protests in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö under the adjusted slogan "No dictators".
