"The criminal charges are still causing bodily harm and causing the death of another person. There is no suspicion that the bus driver acted with intent," says senior prosecutor Carolina Frohm according to a press release.
The police have carried out a technical examination of the bus this week. Further investigation measures remain to clarify how the accident occurred.
