The Swedish Central Bank made a profit of 5.3 billion kronor last year, according to an annual report. No dividend will be paid to the state.

"The Swedish Central Bank's General Council has decided that the Swedish Central Bank's results for 2025 will be allocated so that the profit of SEK 5,297 million is transferred to the Swedish Central Bank's reserve fund (SEK 973 million) and to the Swedish Central Bank's retained earnings (SEK 4,324 million)," the Swedish Central Bank said in a submission to the Riksdag.

The Swedish Central Bank's equity amounted to SEK 23 billion at the end of 2025, according to the annual report.

"Because equity after the transfer of the year's profit to the reserve fund and retained earnings will be lower than the target level for equity, which after this year's CPI calculation amounts to SEK 63,300 million, no dividend will be paid for 2025."
