After a police investigation, it is now clear that the perpetrators of the terrorist act on Bondi Beach cannot be linked to any terrorist network or organization.
There is no evidence to suggest that the suspected perpetrators were part of a larger terrorist cell or that they received orders from others to carry out the attack, says federal police chief Krissy Barrett.
