The Japanese video game giant Nintendo - which manufactures game consoles and games such as Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda - reports a 23 percent increase in profit to 155.2 billion yen (equivalent to 8.9 billion SEK) for the third quarter of the current fiscal year.
That was worse than the average forecast among analysts of 180.7 billion yen, according to Bloomberg.
Sales surged 86 percent year-on-year to 806.3 billion yen. But that also fell short of market expectations, which had been forecast at 815.7 billion yen.
