The eight men and one woman are between 20 and 26 years old, according to VLT.
Six of them allegedly got three minors to fire a total of 13 shots at a person in a residential area in the Eriksborg district. The target, however, managed to escape the scene unharmed on an electric scooter.
The charges include incitement to murder, brandishing and involving a minor in crime, as well as aiding and abetting attempted murder and protecting a criminal.
The background is said to have been a gang conflict.
