Members of the right-wing extremist organization British Movement North West are seen in pictures they themselves posted online eating cake with swastika icing and appear to be holding up Nazi flags at a pub, reports BBC.

In police raids on several locations in northwestern England, items were seized on Thursday, including swords, a crossbow, weapon replicas, and a grenade. The latter finding led to the initiation of bomb disposal on a property in Bolton.

The organization has described the gathering on its website as a celebration of "Uncle A's 136th birthday".

This group clearly has a deep fascination with ideas that are disturbing for societies in Manchester, says Deputy Police Chief Steph Parker at the Manchester police.
