In Kherson, two people have been killed in attacks targeting both residential areas and critical infrastructure, regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin said on Telegram.
In Balakliia in Kharkiv, four people were reported to have been killed.
"Four civilians whose lives were brutally cut short by Russian aggression," writes the region's military commander Vitalii Karabanov on Telegram.
Late Friday evening, several people were also killed in Sumy.
During the night, Ukraine's air defenses shot down three Russian missiles and nearly 140 drones, according to the air force. Explosions have been heard in Odesa, among other places, and air raid sirens have also sounded in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia.
Russia also claims to have shot down 344 Ukrainian drones overnight, writes the EFE news agency.
