Minaj appeared alongside the president to show her support for the so-called "Trump account," which means that children in the United States born between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2028 can receive a government start-up grant of $1,000.
The pop star, who came to the United States from Trinidad and Tobago as a child and previously criticized Trump's immigration policies, has recently swung around and praised the president.
She also shows, in an X post, a so-called 'gold card' that was launched by Donald Trump last year as a way for wealthy foreigners to buy permanent residency in the United States.
"I'm finishing the paperwork for citizenship," Minaj writes in another post.
