Before Nick Cave had his breakthrough as an artist, he studied art - and as a teenager he took a ceramics course.
Cave's ceramic works are on display in the exhibition "The Devil - a life" at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern in Stockholm from Feb. 12. It contains 17 figures depicting the devil's life from birth to death. The works are on loan from Museum Voorlinden in the Netherlands.
"It's wonderful to know that these figures - who are so close to me - will once again march in front of an audience," Cave says in a press release.
The exhibition, which runs until May 31, also features a special Nick Cave library with 100 of the artist's favorite books, which can be read on-site or borrowed to take home.
