Louise Ekman was in good company when she attempted her personal-best height of 1.96.
Only four jumpers cleared it, and among those who failed was former world champion Eleanor Patterson of Australia.
Ekman also had a very good first attempt at the height, which she barely missed.
But she stopped at 1.93, which she cleared on her second attempt, a height she had only cleared once before.
Earlier this year, in a competition in Slovakia in February, she raised her personal best by five centimeters, to 1.96.
The competition is ongoing.
