Tre Kronor's winning streak at the Fortuna Hockey Games is broken.
Just five days ago, Sweden defeated the same opponent 4–2, but this time Tre Kronor lost. Brynäs' Robert Hägg was the only Swedish goal scorer.
Several NHL reinforcements joined the Swedish squad. Emil Heineman, Simon Holmström, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Albert Johansson and Arvid Söderblom were all in the lineup against the Czech Republic.
Ekman-Larsson was the team captain and played together with Johansson in one of the defensive pairs.
It is also clear that Oskar Sundqvist, Lucas Raymond and Mattias Ekholm will join Tre Kronor ahead of the World Cup in Switzerland, where Sweden will face Canada in the opening match on May 15.
