New Zealand to hold parliamentary elections on November 7 this year

Christopher Luxon, the Prime Minister of New Zealand, announced on Wednesday that the country will hold parliamentary elections on November 7 this year.

Elections are held in New Zealand every three years, and the exact date is set by the government.

According to the AFP news agency, the governing coalition currently has a narrow lead over the opposition.
