On Monday, Lively's lawyers were back in court to get Baldoni to pay Lively's legal costs and other fees.
Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and breach of contract during the filming of “The End of Us,” which he also directed. Baldoni, in turn, sued Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion, leading to a lengthy legal battle.
Lively's side now believes she is entitled to the money because Baldoni's countersuit was dismissed by a court last year. The judge has not yet made a decision.
