First, Elin Hansson got a stomach ache. In the losing match against Norway in the Handball World Championship, Sweden suffered another setback when Nina Koppang left the match – also with a stomach ache.

During the heavy loss against Norway (26–39), Nina Koppang fell ill and left the arena in the second half.

Koppang is not ruled out, we will see how she feels tomorrow, says press manager Daniel Vandor.

The 23-year-old is now isolated at the team hotel.

Elin Hansson got a stomach ache earlier this week and missed the Norway match, while Anna Lagerquist injured her foot and left the squad.

Hansson has recovered and is back for the match against South Korea on Friday, which means that replacement Linn Hansson will leave the squad.

Sweden still has a small chance of reaching the quarterfinals.
