The park in the Palermo area of Buenos Aires was transformed into a billowing sea of golden fur in different shades on Monday as Argentine golden retriever enthusiasts gathered to try to set a new world record.
Several of the dogs wore football jerseys and baseball caps.
When the paws were counted, the final number was 2,397 golden retrievers, according to organizer Fausto Duperré.
