The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise annually ranks the country's municipalities based on the business organization's definition of the business climate.
“Höganäs shows that strong political commitment and systematic work make a difference,” says Björn Lindgren, head of the department for local business climate at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
Second on the list was Vårgårda, followed by Danderyd, Staffanstorp and Trosa.
Municipalities are rated based on, among other things, service and treatment, the attitudes of local politicians, crime and insecurity, and more.
The survey is based on a mailing to approximately 77,000 companies. Of those, 31,541 responded to the survey.
