Two points in 15 games. After 1-4 at home against Manchester United, winless Wolverhampton are on their way to a less flattering record in Premier League football.

Wolverhampton have suffered 13 losses and only played two draws during the start of the league season in England.

Together with Sheffield United in 2020–2021, it is a record-breaking start to a Premier League season (since 1992–1993) in terms of points. It took until the 18th round before Sheffield United took their first win of the season.

In other words, if the superior "Wolves" are to avoid touching the winless record, they need a three-pointer against either league leaders Arsenal on Saturday or against Brentford the following weekend.

Derby had the worst season in Premier League history in 2007–2008 when the club only took eleven points in 38 games.

Manchester United are now sixth in the table with 25 points. Bruno Fernandes was responsible for two of the away team's goals.
