Micky van de Ven was sent off after bringing down Ismaila Sarr in the penalty area, and Sarr made no mistake from the spot in the 40th minute.
In the first minute of added time, Jørgen Strand Larsen rolled in to make it 2–1, and in the seventh minute of added time Sarr scored his second of the evening.
Disappointed home fans booed their team and some left the stadium.
Tottenham, without injured Swedes Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Bergvall, has not won in the league in 2026.
