The attacks were directed at the town of Habboush. A woman and a child are reported to be among the dead.
The attacks were carried out despite the ceasefire that came into effect on April 17.
Both Israel and the Iran-backed Shiite militia Hezbollah have carried out attacks and have accused each other of violating the ceasefire.
Hezbollah fired rockets into Israel on March 2, prompting Israel to respond with extensive airstrikes and a ground offensive in southern Lebanon. Over 2,600 people have been killed in Lebanon by Israeli attacks during that period.
