The film is directed by My Sandström, who has been given access to "unique material" from the artist herself.
"This feels exciting and big. I'm happy that my life journey has now been documented in an inclusive and realistic way," says Carola in a press release.
On September 8, Carola turns 60, and this year marks 43 years since she made a splash with the song "Främling," which won Melodifestivalen in 1983.
