It started with a 34–0 win over Hungary and then continued with 28–0 against the Netherlands and 12–1 against Norway.
At 07:00 on Thursday morning (08:00 in Pori, where the World Cup is taking place), Sweden faced the USA and led 6–0 after just 15 minutes. It was 11–1 at halftime and in the second half Sweden extended its lead to 17–2.
William Arvidsson scored five goals.
The final group stage match will be played on Friday against Finland and is expected to be the most even match so far in the World Cup.
