According to the independent news channel Astra, run by Russian journalists in exile, the target of the attack was an arms manufacturer.
The Russian governor of the region confirms that the city was attacked by “high-speed airborne objects” and that a company was hit. At least ten people were injured, according to the governor.
On Friday afternoon, two people were killed in Ukraine when Russia struck a civilian minibus with drones in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukrainian police said.
