The Dutch public broadcaster NPO is reversing its decision, made a month ago, to send an entry to next year's Eurovision Song Contest in Bulgaria.
NPO now says the decision has been changed in response to reactions from the public and national broadcasters.
"After consulting with representatives of the public broadcasters, NPO has concluded that it will not compete in 2027," NPO media director Jurre Bosman said in a statement.
The Netherlands, along with Iceland, Spain, Ireland and Slovenia, boycotted this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna because of Israel's participation. However, next year's contest will be broadcast on Dutch television.
