The documentary, which was initiated and co-starred by the actor's sister, Mia Perry Bowick, will feature previously unseen footage and archival material from Matthew Perry's life.
It's not clear if the other "Friends" actors will be involved, but Netflix has said the series will include interviews with the late star's "best friends and creative partners."
Perry was found dead in his pool in Los Angeles in October 2023. The autopsy found traces of ketamine in his blood, and a total of five people have been convicted of involvement in the actor's death.
The documentary series, called "The One About Matthew Perry," premieres on October 27.
