The second episode of the series "Famous Last Words" was recorded in November 2025 and released after Eric Dane passed away from complications of ALS on Thursday.
In the episode, Eric Dane is interviewed by host Brad Falchuk about the disease and his life. In the final part of the episode, Dane shares a final message - which he dedicated to his daughters.
"I hope you don't just listen to me, I hope you hear me," said Dane.
“Famous Last Words” is based on the Danish original “Det sidste ord.” The first episode, which featured biologist Jane Goodall, aired earlier; she passed away in October 2025. Five more episodes have been recorded and will be released after the individuals have passed away.
