Young is donating access to his music catalog to Greenlanders to "relieve the undue stress and threats" they have been subjected to by the American regime because of Trump's actions regarding the island.
80-year-old Young, who holds both Canadian and American citizenship, writes on his website that open access to his music is valid for one year.
"I hope that my music and music videos can alleviate some of the undue stress and threats you are being subjected to by our unpopular and, hopefully, temporary government," he writes.
