The construction and real estate company NCC is making a SEK 1.4 billion write-down on its property values, it said in a press release.

The company says that the market for commercial properties has been weak for an extended period.

"By taking the impairment, we are also creating better conditions for sales in the near future. I would like to emphasize that the underlying earnings, cash flow and outlook for NCC as a whole are positive," says Tomas Carlsson, CEO and president of NCC, in a written comment.

NCC's report for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 will be published on February 5.
