Nato's Secretary General Mark Rutte traveled on Tuesday to Washington for a meeting with the President of the USA Donald Trump, the organization announces in a statement.
No details are given about what they are expected to discuss.
Recently, a Nato meeting was held in Brussels where they, among other things, discussed the Purl initiative, which means that Nato countries buy war materials from the USA to then supply Ukraine.
After reports that the military support to Ukraine has decreased sharply during the summer, more Nato countries promised to contribute more.
