Australia will hold a national day of mourning on January 22 for the victims of the terrorist attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced.

It will have the theme: “The light will triumph,” he told reporters.

Flags will be flown at half-mast on all government buildings in Australia to honour the 15 people killed in the terrorist attack last December.
