The Swede was solid all day, winning both her quarterfinal and semifinal to advance to the grand final.
There she took her ninth victory of the season and the 48th World Cup victory of her career.
"It was tough to stand aside yesterday, so to come back and win today feels very good," Näslund said in the victory interview; she missed Saturday's competition.
Näslund tops the overall women's Ski Cross World Cup standings with 968 points, 120 points ahead of second-placed Daniela Maier of Germany.
On the men's side, David Mobärg made the grand final but finished just off the podium in fourth place.
There is one World Cup weekend left for ski cross racers this season, March 27-28 in Gällivare.
