Allegri felt that Roma's 3-3 equaliser late in the match should have been disallowed. His protests led to a red card, a two-match suspension and a fine of 110,000 kronor.
Allegri will therefore miss Napoli's next two away league matches, against Monza on Wednesday and Juventus on Sunday.
He has appealed the decision.
