Nadim signed for Milan in January 2024 and initially got a lot of playing time. But during the autumn, she was increasingly relegated to the bench after the Dutch head coach Suzanne Bakker joined the club.
According to Nadim, it clashed with the coach.
The coach probably had something against me as a person. I ask questions, and if things don't work, I want to help change it. She had a bit of a hard time with that, says the 37-year-old and continues:
Maybe it was because she always had much younger players. Then someone came with brain cells, ambitions, and questions about how we could do things better, and it was not well received.
The contract with Hammarby has expired. What will happen after the championship, Nadim does not know. But the star has informed Milan that she does not want to train with the club under Bakker's management.

Nadia Nadim is part of the Danish European Championship squad that will face Sweden in their premiere match on 4 July.
