Elon Musk fired among others Twitter's CEO Parag Agrawal and the chief financial officer Ned Segal when he bought the company for 44 billion dollars in 2022.
The former executives and two of the company's former top lawyers claimed that he fired them without valid reasons and then lied to justify the decisions. They therefore sued Musk for 128 million dollars, equivalent to 1.2 billion kronor.
The details of the settlement are not yet known.
In late August, Musk and X reached settlements in a class action lawsuit and individual lawsuits against him where thousands of former employees wanted severance pay.
Since March this year, it is Musk's company XAI that owns X.
