After criticism of rampant rent increases for several well-known museums, SFV was commissioned by the government to develop a new model, including one adapted to government funding.

But now the museums say the new model's rent does not cover additions required for adaptations to the business, such as elevators and appliances.

This will cause the museum's costs to skyrocket. It's absurd, says Patrick Amsellem.

SFV defends itself by saying that the adaptations made to the business are not part of the property.

"We add that as a rent supplement," says Ellinor Magnusson, property director at SFV.
