Skarsgård will be joined by actors including Steve Buscemi, Michael Sheen and Tramell Tillman, according to Dark Horizons.
The series is based on the novel series “The Murderbot Diaries” and is about a robot that manages to hack its own system and secretly acquires free will. At the same time, it is tasked with protecting people who now arouse its dislike.
Alexander Skarsgård is also an executive producer.
The series premiered in spring 2025.
